Due to the nature of digital assets, all transactions conducted on Offcal s.r.o. are final and irreversible once completed. Cryptocurrency transactions are immutable and cannot be changed, reversed, or refunded after confirmation on the blockchain.
Refunds may be issued only in the following exceptional cases:
A deposit was made to an incorrect or inactive wallet address provided by Offcal s.r.o.
Duplicate payments.
Transactions processed due to a technical error or system malfunction on our platform.
If funds were credited to your account in error.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction date.

Registered email address
Transaction ID
Date and amount of the transaction
Reason for the refund request
We may require additional KYC verification to process the request in accordance with our AML policy.
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original method of payment, where possible.
Cryptocurrency refunds may be subject to network fees and rate fluctuations.
Refunds cannot be provided for completed trades or conversions between cryptocurrencies and/or fiat.
We are not liable for refunds in cases of user error, such as incorrect wallet addresses or mismanagement of private keys.
Refunds will not be issued to third parties.
